Planet Earth Adventures business hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, Alaska Standard Time. Summer business hours are 7 days a week, 8am to 6pm, Alaska Standard Time (Four hours from USA East Coast, Three Hours from Midwest, One hour from West Coast).

Reservations can be made in person, via mail, phone, fax or online. The Alaska Visitors Center winter business hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, Alaska Standard Time. Summer business hours are 7 days a week, 9am to 5pm, Alaska Standard Time (Four hours from USA East Coast, Three Hours from Midwest, One hour from West Coast). All purchases and reservations will have some type of ticket, itinerary, form, voucher, reservation number or receipt which you will need. This can be mailed, emailed, faxed or can be picked up at our customer service counter upon your arrival.
