PLEASE NOTE: Same-day reservations are not available on this system. Please call us to check same day availability of a tranfer. Your reservation is not confirmed until you hear back from us.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A $100 deposit per person is required at the time of reservation. A deposit reserves your space in our vehicle for your selected date. A credit card number must be provided at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. We accept MasterCard, VISA or AMEX to make your reservation. Your card will be charged for the deposit when you book your trip. We require at least 30 days notice for cancellations otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows or cancellations with less than 30 days notice will not be eligible for a refund. Late arrivals that miss the departure will be considered a no-show. All expeditions teams that are paying for round-trip transport must return together from Talkeetna at the same time. If your team splits up your team must be able to return on one of our scheduled pick-ups or join another group that is scheduled to return from Talkeetna. If we have to make an extra trip to pick up team members, additional charges will apply.
